   Prep the crease

   Apply a vibrant matte fuchsia eyeshadow through the crease, blending it heavily upwards towards the brow and along the lower lash line.

   Draw the graphic white lines

   Using a fine brush and white water-activated liner, draw a smooth floating line just underneath the brow arch, extending down to the inner corner.

   Create the pink wing

   Create a sharp, dramatic winged liner on the upper lash line using neon hot pink liquid liner, then accent the outer wing with a thin white line underneath.

   Add glitter and inner highlight

   Press a dense chunky silver glitter onto the center of the eyelids, and pop a shimmering white highlight onto the inner corner of the eyes.

   Define brows and lashes

   Fill in the brows with a soft dark brown pomade and apply black mascara to both upper and lower lashes.

   Apply matte fuchsia lipstick

   Apply a highly pigmented matte fuchsia liquid lipstick precisely to the lips to complete the coordinated look.
